Daxu's U-Series 5-axis vertical and horizontal oscillating head machining centers are designed for machining such as aerospace, automotive and related machining, and can be designed with different combinations of function modules to meet the specific requirements of various tasks and industries.For efficient machining in series production. 5-sided machining of workpieces with 1 working area and 1 tooling system. Milling, drilling and boring processes can be realized. Turning, grinding, and gear cutting are also possible through expansion and upgrading. More complex machining processes can be accomplished with the 5-axis linkage function. The milling head with a 45 degree B-axis enables the simultaneous realization of vertical and horizontal machining centers. It also provides more options for the spindle in the machining process, such as drilling holes at different angles. With the 5-axis linkage, arbitrary free-form surfaces can be machined. The standard application of the motor spindle and tool magazine is the HSK-A 100 shank, which can be optionally equipped with the HSK-T100 and HSK-A63. The work area is completely enclosed and optimized for chip evacuation, so that even large quantities of chips can be eliminated downwards without difficulty. The basic configuration of the machine is already well equipped for this function.
